The site is 9 miles from the Capital Beltway and 7 miles from Reston Town Center. The Vienna Metro is 5 miles east (a free community shuttle stops on our site) and Dulles Airport is 5 miles west. A nearby $70M interchange between Fairfax County Parkway and Fair Lakes Parkway is due to open in early 2013.
